Netflix has released a promotional poster for its upcoming film Street of fear movie Fear Street: The Queen of Prom and reveals that the film will be released in 2025.
In Fear Street: The Queen of Prom“Welcome back to Shadyside. In this next blood-soaked episode Street of fear franchise, prom season at Shadyside High has begun, and the school’s pack of It girls are busy with their usual sweet and fierce campaigns for the crown.
“But when a plucky outsider is unexpectedly appointed to the court and other girls mysteriously begin to disappear, the class of ’88 suddenly finds itself facing a night of prom from hell.”
The cast includes India Fowler (The Nevers, Insomnia), Susanna Son (Red Rocket, The Idol), Fina Strazza (Paper girls, above the shadows), Davide Iacono (The summer I got cute, Cinnamon), Ella Rubin (The idea of you), AND Chris Klein (Sweet Magnolias, American Cake).
It’s also in the cast Lily Taylor (Out of range, manhunt) AND Catherine Waterston (The end where we begin, Perry Mason).
The film is directed by Matt Palmer (Caliber) and the story is set between the events of Street of Fear: 1994 AND Street of Fear: 1978.
The prom queen it was book no. 15 R. L. StineThe teen franchise, originally released March 1, 1992. The book description reads:
“A spring night… gentle moonlight… five beautiful prom queen candidates… couples dancing at the Shadyside High prom: these should be the ingredients for romance.
“But add one brutal murder, then another, and another, and the recipe quickly turns to horror.
