Dwayne Johnsonbest known for his roles in action films and comedies such as The Fast and the Furious, Jumanji, Jungle cruise, Black Adamand many others, is teasing fans with a new project he is working on together with the director JJ Abrams (Lost, Star Trek, Star Wars: The Force Awakens) and writer Zak Penn (The Avengers, Ready Player One, Free boy).
All of these guys have a history of making large-scale action films, so whatever it is, it has the potential to be exciting. Johnson said in the post:
“It took years – we finally broke bread, drank, laughed, got a little drunk (maybe it was just me) talked about life stuff, love stuff, boy stuff and took our time necessary to crush our passion for films and storytelling.
“Then we all raised our glasses and toasted to…. yes, this will be fun. JJ and DJ From the mind of Zak Penn. ‘…tonight, it comes to life…’”
