Here is a trailer for a mockumentary horror film titled Haunted Ulster Livewhich is compared to films like Ghost clock AND Late night with the devil.
The film “takes viewers back to Halloween night 1998, where a live broadcast from a haunted house in Belfast goes horribly wrong. The footage is so disturbing that it hasn’t been seen for 25 years.”
In the film “Gerry Burns (Marco Claney) teams up with popular children’s presenter Michelle Kelly (Aimee Richardson) to investigate poltergeist activity at a haunted house in Belfast.”
The film was written and directed by Dominic O’Neill (Belfast 1912), is also the protagonist of the film Siobhan Kelly.
O’Neill said in a statement: “We are fanatics of the footage, and hopefully devotees of the genre will enjoy the thrills of the fake docs of Haunted Ulster Live.
“We grew up on old Irish and British horror TV, the kind of TV that makes you want to hide behind the sofa when you’re a kid! Our film is firmly rooted in 1990s Belfast, drawing on the rich source of Irish folk stories and conflict of the time.”
The film will be released on all platforms, including SCREAMBOX on October 8th.
