Silent Hill 2 releases this week and today we have a launch trailer to share with you from Konami and the Bloober Team.
Like the original game, the remake is set in the mysterious, fog-shrouded town of Silent Hill, and the story follows James Sunderland, a widower, who returns to the eponymous Silent Hill town after receiving a letter from his late wife, Mary . , who claims to be there waiting for him.
“Driven by guilt and desire, James embarks on a nightmarish journey to unravel the truth behind his wife’s death, encountering grotesque monsters and enigmatic characters along the way.”
Blooper Team Marketing Director Anna Jasińska previously said of the game: “We are focusing on bringing back the distinct, visceral atmosphere in a modernized version Silent Hill 2.“
