Paramount Pictures has released a new clip for its horror thriller Smile 2and presents Naomi ScottThe character of Skye Riley, a famous pop star, is terrorized by the demon of the smile of death.
In the sequel: “On the verge of embarking on a new world tour, global pop sensation Skye Riley (Naomi Scott) begins to experience increasingly terrifying and inexplicable events.
“Overwhelmed by escalating horrors and the pressures of fame, Skye is forced to confront her dark past to regain control of her life before it spirals out of control.”
This franchise centers on an evil, relentless demon who drives his victims to suicide by appearing as a series of humans with sinister smiles on their faces.
The first movie was okay, it was just a fun horror movie. I’m sure there will be some scares in the sequel like the first film, but ultimately this franchise delivers harmless scares.
The cast announced for Smile 2 also includes Kyle Gallner (Smile), Rosemarie DeWitt (The ladder), Luca Gage (The White Lotus), AND Dylan Gelula (Dream scenario), alongside Raúl Castillo (The army of the dead) AND Miles Gutierrez-Riley (The wild lands).
Smile 2 will be directed by the returning director Parker Finn. Smile 2 will be released in theaters on October 18th. Tickets are now on presale.
