Paramount Pictures has released the final trailer for Transformers One and while it features plenty of new action-packed scenes, it also features the rave reviews the film received from critics.
When I went to see this movie last weekend I wasn’t thrilled, but it’s actually a lot better than I thought it would be and really tells a strong story with solid character development.
Yes, the movie definitely changes the tone and the lore of Transformers, but it does so with a good story. Look, when a story is good, it’s good. I have to give them credit for that. Director Josh Cooley and his creative team nailed it and made a really fun and entertaining movie.
This film tells the “origin story of how the most iconic characters in the Transformers universe, Orion Pax and D-16, went from brothers in arms to sworn enemies, Optimus Prime and Megatron.”
The stars of the film Chris Hemsworth like Orion Pax / Optimus Prime, My Friend Brian Tyree Henry like D-16 / Megatron, Scarlett Johansson like Elita-1, and Keegan Michael’s Key like B-127 / Bumblebee.
Transformers One will hit theaters on September 20th.
