Marvel has hit the mark with some of their Disney+ series in recent years. Some of my favorites have been Loki, WandaVisionAND Hawk Eyeand I can’t wait for you to come back DaredevilAND Agatha for life.
Other TV projects in the works include Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man, Heart of Iron, Eyes of Wakandathe Untitled Vision series, Wonder Manthe return of What if…? AND X-Men ’97, Marvel Zombies and more.
And if the rumors are true, another show could be coming back, too. According to The Cosmic Circus’ Alex Perez, a sequel season of Hawk Eye is currently in its early development stage. Perez also revealed that Marvel already has some ideas for how the second installment could unfold.
The series’ debut season marked the last time Dr. Jeremy RennerClint Barton/Hawkeye has been seen in the MCU. Since then, his return to the franchise has yet to be confirmed by MCU executives.
Another piece of information disclosed by Perez claims that in Hawk Eye Season 2, Hailee SteinfeldKate Bishop is set to have a larger role in the sequel. As a result, Renner’s Hawkeye could see a significant decrease in screen time on the show.
This is all, of course, just a rumor for now, but I could definitely see it happening. I loved the first season, and I would be happy to see Hawk Eye and Kate Bishop are reuniting. What about you?
