Nicholas Denton Set to Play Lead Role in AMC Series ANNE RICE’S THE TALAMASCA

Nicholas Denton (Dangerous Relations, Mistake) was cast in the lead role in The Talamasca by Anne Ricethe third season of AMC’s Anne Rice Immortal Universe.

The drama series about a secret society called the Talamasca is expected to debut in 2025 on AMC and AMC+, with production set to begin next month in Manchester, England.

The six-episode season will focus on the men and women responsible for hunting down and containing witches, vampires and other creatures throughout the world.

“Denton will play Guy Anatole, brilliant, handsome and intelligent on the surface, but he has always known that his mind works a little differently. On the eve of graduating from law school, he is approached by a representative of the Talamasca, a secret agency that monitors and protects us from the supernatural world.

“When Guy discovers that the Talamasca has been hunting him since childhood, he finds himself catapulted into a world of secret agents and immortal beings who, until then, had maintained a fragile balance with the mortal world.

“But for this balance to hold and Guy to survive, he will have to learn to embrace the dark, treacherous depths of his true, singular self.”

The Talamasca by Anne Rice is executive produced by John Lee Hancock (The blind side) and Mark Lafferty (The right fabric, Stop and catch fire), who also serve as co-showrunners, and producer Mark Johnson, who oversees the Anne Rice Immortal Universe. Hancock will also direct.
