The stars of the series Billy Bob Thorntonand set in the “proverbial boomtowns of West Texas,” Landman is a modern-day tale of making a fortune in the world of oil rigs.
The series is based on the 11-part podcast City in full expansion“The series is a high-low story about unhinged thugs and billionaires fueling a boom so big it will reshape our climate, our economy and our geopolitics.”
I just finished listening to the podcast this series is based on and it’s absolutely insane how the oil business is run and how it impacts the lives of those who live in that world.
As you will see, this series will shed light on the madness of the oil industry.
