Warner Bros. Games has released the trailer for its upcoming Harry Potter video game Harry Potter: Quidditch ChampionsI always thought a video game centered around the sport of Quidditch would be awesome, but I can imagine something much better than this.
The game features Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, Ginny Weasley, Draco Malfoy, Cho Chang and other iconic Harry Potter characters playing Quidditch.
Quidditch Champions allows players to take on the Quidditch roles of Beater, Chaser, Keeper or Seeker in single-player career mode, competitive multiplayer or online co-op mode.
The game also allows players to customize their avatar or take on the role of well-known characters from the wizarding world, including Harry Potter, the Weasley twins or Sebastian Sallow, to name a few, as they soar through the skies and represent the pride of their house on the pitch.
“The matches will take place in memorable locations Harry Potter locations, including the Weasleys’ Burrow and the Quidditch World Cup.”
I just wish the creative team had made a Quidditch match with the level of graphics and detail that was put into it. The Hogwarts LegacyThis is what I was hoping for.
Quidditch Champions will be available in Digital Standard and Deluxe editions on Xbox, PC (Steam and Epic), and PlayStation systems on September 3.
The physical Deluxe Edition will be available for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One on November 8.
It was also revealed that players who link their Warner Bros. Games and Harry Potter Fan Club accounts ahead of launch will receive “exclusive in-game rewards.”
So, players who already own The Hogwarts Legacy will receive the “Bonus Legacy Pack” when they download Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions and connect it via your WB Games account.
