With the silent hill 2 Just two months after the remake’s release, Konami and Bloober Team have released a new trailer, focusing on the game’s story.
While the creative team has confirmed that the gameplay will be updated, there will be no changes to the story.
Blooper Team Marketing Director Anna Jasinska previously stated: “We’re focusing on bringing the distinct, visceral atmosphere back into the modernized Silent Hill 2.”
Since the Silent Hill 2 remake was first announced, there has been a lot of negativity surrounding it, as the original version is considered one of the best video games ever made. But the reception to this new trailer has been positive, so that’s a good thing.
The remake actually looks nice and I can’t wait to play it. The game’s story is set in the mysterious and foggy town of Silent Hill, “the game follows James Sunderland, who receives a mysterious letter from his deceased wife, Mary, inviting him to return to the town.
“Driven by guilt and longing, James embarks on a nightmarish journey to uncover the truth behind his wife’s death, encountering grotesque monsters and enigmatic characters along the way.”
silent hill 2 will be released on October 8th on PS5 and PC.
