Adam Sandler Says HAPPY GILMORE 2 Will Start Filming in a Couple of Weeks; Travis Kelce to Have a Cameo

actress worked to get a Good Gilmore sequel has been in the works for quite some time and a few months ago we found out that it was actually happening and that Netflix was producing it.

Sandler has now confirmed that Good Gilmore 2 will begin filming in a couple of weeks in New Jersey. It was also revealed that the cast will include real professional golfers and cameos such as Travis Kelce.

While on Tonight’s showSandler said: “We will do Good GilmoreThanks. It’s happening. We’re getting ready to shoot it in New Jersey. We start in a couple weeks.

“It’s nice. We worked really hard on the script. We didn’t want to disappoint anyone. People have been asking me about it for a long time. We’re really excited. We gave it our all. A lot of golfers are nice and will be a part of it.”

Kelce, who is making her acting debut with an upcoming role in Ryan Murphy’s FX series Grotesquesaid on his podcast in May that he would do anything to appear on the Good Gilmore followed up, so it seems he manifested it.

Sandler spoke about Kelse, saying, “Travis has… he mentioned it, so we have a great thing for Travis. He’s coming. He’s a very nice guy. You guys would love him in real life. What a big, handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud and he’s so much fun.”

Kelce, who is only famous for dating taylor swiftpreviously said of Good Gilmore 2: “I’ll be a f**king extra… anything to get around ‘Happy Gilmore,’ an Adam Sandler movie or set, count me in. I’ll do anything in the movie. I’ll be a part of it in any way I can.”

In a separate interview with IndieWire, Sandler also revealed that his Raw Gems director Benny Safdie would also have a role in Good Gilmore 2saying, “He’s going to have a juicy part in all this.”

I’m just excited because we’re getting a Happy Gilmore 2! It’s going to be fun and interesting to see what this great character has been up to after all these years!
