ANDOR Star Adria Arjona Says Season 2 Is ‘So Much Better’ & ‘Tony Gilroy Has Really Outdone Himself’

First season of Andor It was a lot of fun and it renewed a bit Star Wars fans’ faith in the franchise’s ability to make a great series. It’s nice that the show has come out and made its purpose clear, knowing that it will end up where the events of Rogue One: A Star Wars Story collection.

While it’s a shame that the show will be short-lived, it’s fun to be a part of the journey. Last week, the series’ star Diego Luna He teased that the show’s second season will change the way you see the movie Rogue One.

Now, his co-star, Adria ArjonaShe’s also opening up about her thoughts on season two, telling THR: “Oh man, when I read season one, I pinched myself, and when I started reading season two, I was like, ‘[Tony Gilroy] can’t overcome [season one]’ .

“I was like, ‘This isn’t going to be this good again.’ But it’s fucking better. It’s AS much better. It is,” Arjona insists. “What he’s created and accomplished is mind-blowing, and I can’t believe I got to be a part of it. He’s so talented, and he’s really outdone himself for season two.”

Sounds like a great endorsement! It looks like season two is going to be even bigger and better than season one. During an interview last week with Entertainment Weekly, the series’ star Diego Luna said he thinks the series could hit theaters for a fun event that would see the second season of Andor lead directly into Rogue OneWhen asked about the likelihood of this happening, Luna said, “It’s high… It’s very high.”
