Disneyland Star Wars Land boasts some of the park’s coolest rides, and while they’re some of the newest, one of them is about to be renovated for a pretty interesting reason.
THE The Smuggler’s Race ride lets you step into the iconic Millennium Falcon cockpit for a daring flight. Whether you’re a pilot, engineer or gunner, every role matters.
The engines roar as the Millennium Falcon takes off, slinging you and your crew back into your seats as you rocket through hyperspace toward adventure.
Along the way, you’ll face danger at every turn. Will your mission succeed or fail? It’s up to you: find out if you have what it takes to overcome the odds aboard the Millennium Falcon.
The ride will now feature an update that will include Disney+ Star Wars character The MandalorianNo details about the new mission have been revealed, but concept art was shown during D23 by Dave Filoni showed the passengers of the Millennium Falcon flying alongside Din Djarin, soaring through the sky with Grogu in his arms, as the Falcon shot down TIE fighters.
“The intersection of storytelling and innovation has always been central to Lucasfilm, and we’re excited to see where this partnership takes us,” Filoni said of Disney’s $1.5 billion stake in Epic. “Imagine: flying alongside Mando and Grogu on thrilling and dangerous missions.”
