Dread and Epic have released the trailer for an independent horror film titled My first horror movieThe film centers on an influencer who documents her journey to getting her first horror film made, and along the way, things take a nightmarish turn.
The synopsis reads: “What happens when reality becomes all too real? My First Horror Film follows an aspiring influencer, still navigating her journey to success, as she searches for a role in her debut horror film.
“However, her dreams turn into a nightmare when a real-life killer begins targeting her castmates. As the crew finds themselves thrust into a deadly reality that mirrors the script they were hired to play, they must band together to outwit the killer and survive the harrowing ordeal they once thought was mere fiction.”
My first horror movie is directed by Shihan Van Clief and stars Georgia Navarro, Green Chaunce, Justin Franco, Stephan O’Shea, Joy Marie ThomasAND Thousands of Crawfords.
The writer and director said in a statement: “As a first-time filmmaker, I wanted My First Horror Film to be an emotional story that also left a sense of well-being in the audience.”
My first horror movie will be released on August 9, 2024, then on VOD on August 13, 2024.
