The jury in the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard case announced its verdict today in Depp’s notorious defamation lawsuit against his ex-wife. It found that Depp was responsible for two of the three allegations against him, while the Herd was responsible for all three.
The decision was announced on the afternoon of PT. Depp, who sings in England with guitar legend Jeff Beck, wasn’t there for the announcement. Dressed in all black, İşmen could not hold back her tears as the jury’s decisions were announced one by one.

Both parties have presented their cases in the past six weeks before seven jurors, judges, and a growing online audience.
The jury began deliberations on Friday and received complex instructions weighing Heard’s article from three statements to any level of defamation. In Herd’s case, the jury considered whether all three allegations were defamatory. The jury determined the compensation.

Last week, Depp’s ex, Kate Moss, took a stand and gave a brief but eloquent statement denying rumors about an alleged incident in Jamaica. The supermodel says that Depp not only insulted her, but also came to her aid after the accident.
Depp said in his first statement that he was fighting Heard’s accusations, partly for the sake of his children. Early in the defense case, Herd’s team requested that the case be dropped as required by Virginia law. Not surprisingly, it was quickly rejected.
