XYZ Films has released a trailer for a sci-fi horror film titled Submissionwhich has as protagonists Megan Fox like an android with artificial intelligence.
Fox plays the role of Alice, “an intelligent and lifelike artificial android, who has the ability to take care of any family and home. Seeking help with household chores, a struggling father (Michele Morrone) purchases Alice after his wife becomes ill.
“Alice suddenly becomes self-aware and desires everything her new family has to offer, starting with her master’s affection, and will kill to get it.”
The film comes from the director S.K. Dale and unfortunately, the movie doesn’t look very good. It’s just another one of those techno-horror movies that doesn’t try to do anything different or unique.
The cast includes Michael Morrone, Madeline Zima, Atanas Srebrev, Andrea Whipp, Matilda FirthAND Patricia Nichols.
XYZ Films will release Subservice in select theaters and on VOD on September 13, 2024.
