A teaser trailer has been released for the Prime Video spin-off series Citadel: DianaThe series stars Matilda De Angelis like Diana Cavalieri, as well as Lorenzo Cervasio, Maurizio Lombardi, Giulia Piaton, Thekla Reuten, Jordan Faggiano, Bernhard SchutzAND Philip Nigro.
The series is directed and produced by Gina Gardiniand directed by Arnaldo Catinari. Alexander Fabbri co-wrote the series with Ilaria Bernardini, Laura Colella, Gianluca Bernardini, AND Jordan Mary.
The executive producers are Riccardo Tozzi, Marco Chimenz and Giovanni Stabilini, together with Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, Angela Russo-Ostot, Scott Nemes, David Weil (Hunters) of AGBO.
The synopsis of the show reads: “Milan, 2030: eight years ago, the independent global spy agency Citadel was destroyed by the powerful enemy syndicate, known as ManticoreSince then, Diana Cavalieri (played by Matilda De Angelis), an undercover Citadel agent, has been alone, trapped behind enemy lines as a mole in Manticore.
“When he finally sees a way out and the possibility of disappearing forever, the only way to do so is to trust the most unexpected ally, Edo Zani (Lorenzo Cervasio), the heir of Manticore Italia and son of the head of the Italian trade union, Ettore Zani (Maurizio Lombardi), who is competing for leadership against all the other European families.”
