Warner Bros. has released a new trailer for the director M. Night Shyamalanthe next thriller of Trapand offers interesting new insights into history.
The stars of the film Josh Hartnettand the story follows a father and teenage daughter who attend a pop concert, “where they realize they are at the center of a dark and sinister event.”
We discover that the concert is a plot to catch a serial killer maniac called “The Butcher,” who happens to be Hartnett’s character, the father who brought his daughter to the concert.
In this trailer we find out what The Butcher is trying to do once he realizes the cops have him trapped, and he basically starts causing chaos within the concept. In the trailer he says he feels out of control and starts doing crazy things.
I like what I’ve seen of this movie and it looks like Shyamalan has made another great movie! I like the concept and it will be interesting to see how the story develops.
Shaymlan talked about this film at CinemaCon and developed the story with his pianist daughter over the course of several years, trying to come up with a sinister tale to tell that had a connection to music.
The film also stars Ariel Donoghue, Saleka Shyamalan, Hayley’s Mills AND Allison’s Pill.
