Paramount+ has released a teaser trailer for Sylvester Stallone’S King of Tulsa Season 2 and it has been announced that the series will return on September 15.
In the series, Stallone plays New York mob boss Dwight “The General” Manfredi, and the story follows the mobster who is forced to move to the most unlikely place: Tulsa, Oklahoma, after spending 25 years in prison after being exiled without much ceremony from his boss.
The mobster faces the daunting task of re-establishing his Italian mafia family in the modernized, straight-talking city of Tulsa. There, Sal meets surprising and unsuspecting characters who follow him along his unconventional path to power.
In the upcoming season, Stallone’s Dwight “will work with his crew to combat looming threats from the Kansas City mob and a powerful local businessman.
“Dwight struggles to keep his family and crew safe while keeping track of all his affairs. Besides, he still has unfinished business in New York.
I enjoyed the first season of this series and it looks like the second season will be just as strong. King of Tulsa was created by Taylor Sheridan and screenwriter Terenzio Inverno he returned to help write the series and produce it.
The series is also the protagonist Martin Starr, Jay will, Max Casella, Vincenzo Piazza, Tatiana Zappardino, Annabella Sciorra, Neal McDonough, Franco Grillo, Domenico Lombardozzi, Andrea Selvaggio, Garrett Hedlund AND Dana Delany.
