Created by the award-winning Universal creative team in collaboration with Universal Pictures, Dark Universe blends the iconic stories of otherworldly legends such as Dracula, The Wolf Man, Frankenstein’s Monster, The Bride of Frankenstein and more with a new generation of monsters and characters, included Dr. Victoria Frankenstein – the great-granddaughter of the infamous Henry Frankenstein who continued his wrong experiments.

While guests adventure Dark Land – the devastated village within the Dark Universe – will meet the characters and subjects of those experiments within a one-of-a-kind theme park that offers family-friendly fun while pushing the limits of intensity in a way that only Universal could achieve.

The journey into the Dark Universe begins the moment guests enter its electrifying portal, which harnesses the dark energy of Darkmoor. As soon as guests set foot inside, that same energy will pulse throughout the village and connect atop Frankenstein Manor, the towering focal point of the Dark Universe.

Hidden within the city’s blackened stone walls, guests will embark on unique adventures where they can apply makeup to look like their favorite monsters, cruise through the woods aboard an exciting family coaster, enjoy unique restaurants, enter Frankenstein Manor for take on Universal Orlando’s most spine-chilling ride ever, and more.

Monsters Unchained: The Frankenstein Experiment – Universal Orlando’s most terrifying attraction, this state-of-the-art dark ride takes guests deep into the catacombs of Frankenstein Manor, where Dr. Victoria Frankenstein conducts her twisted experiments.

In a vain demonstration of his genius, he invites guests into his laboratory to witness a demonstration of his ability to control monsters, but his plans go awry when his attempts to control the most dangerous of monsters, Dracula, fail, unleashing a horde of raging monsters. monsters.

Guests are then thrown into an intense race through the darkness as they try to escape the clutches of the Wolfman, the Mummy, the Creature from the Black Lagoon, the Brides of Dracula and others.
