SUPERMAN set photos reveal the Daily Planet Globe and some rubble indicating trouble at the station

Some new photos from the set of Superman have been revealed giving fans a good look at the exterior of the Daily Planet building, complete with the iconic globe connected to the building’s aesthetic. We can see the globe being delivered, as well as its final placement above the entrance to the newspaper’s headquarters. It’s pretty epic!

We can also see the street outside the building where some rubble and debris is being delivered via truck, which means we’ll probably see something crazy happen to the Daily Planet at some point in the film.

James Gunn’S Superman will tell the story of “Superman’s journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage with his human upbringing as Clark Kent of Smallville, Kansas. He is the embodiment of truth, justice and the American way, guided by human kindness in a world that sees kindness as old-fashioned.”

Superman stars David Corenswet as Clark Kent/Superman; Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane; Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor; Nathan Fillion as Green Lantern; Isabela Mercede as Hawkgirl; Edi Gathegi as Michael Holt/Mr. Terrific; Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen; María Gabriela de Faría in the role of Angela Spica, aka The Engineer; Sara Sampaio as Eva Teschmacher; AND Terence Rosemore as Otis. Beck Bennett was recently added to the cast as Steve Lombard.

Superman will launch the cinematic portion of DC Studios’ Gods and Monsters: Part 1. It is scheduled to be released in theaters on July 11, 2025. Check out the new photos below:
