Here’s a funny video I’ve never seen before Jack Nicholson accepting the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in 1975 for his roles in both The last detail AND Chinatown.
Nicholson was not present to accept the award because he was in the middle of filming One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nestso he accepted the award from the set of that movie with all his co-stars and it was hilarious.
I love that all of her co-stars stay in character during her acceptance speech.
The video came with the following note: “Greatest acceptance speech ever? Watch Jack Nicholson accept the Best Actor award for his portrayal of The Last Detail and Chinatown on the set of One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest in 1975.”
If you’ve never seen it before, you’re in for a treat! Enjoy!
