Marvel Comics has released a collection of Deadpool and Wolverine variations of comic book covers created by various artists.
This comic is a special team story set in the Marvel Universe comic and is titled Weapon X-Traction. The series will tell back-up stories across eight Marvel titles this summer, and each of the issues will include movie-themed covers.
The series was written by Ryan North (Fantastic Four) and designed by Javier Garron (Avengers). The series will begin in July Incredible Hulk #14.
Weapon X Traction “It kicks off when a tired Wolverine runs into a clingy Deadpool at a favorite watering hole. From this humble beginning, they embark on an epic journey of unfriendship that will take them across the Multiverse, battling zombies and armed librarians and, of course, each other!”
Speaking about writing this saga, North said: “Javier is an incredibly talented artist, and he’s absolutely nailing the fine balance between comedy, violence and big, big feelings that is Deadpool.
“Taking him and Wolverine across the multiverse as they try to save everything – and not kill each other at the same time – was a delight.”
Discover all those officially released Deadpool and Wolverine variant covers below. They were created by some of the most famous artists in the industry, including Steve McNiven, Ryan Stegmann, Jorge Molina, Cafu, Declan Shalvey AND David Nakayama.
