Season 5 of THE BOYS has been in development for a month and there’s “crazy shit” being discussed

The boys We’re still a few weeks away from the season 4 premiere, but season 5 is already in the works. It’s been in development for a month now, and as you can imagine, they’re talking about all kinds of crazy things to do with it.

During an interview with ScreenRant, showrunner Eric Kripke offered the following update: “We’re about a month into the writers’ room right now, so we have some pretty interesting takeaways.”

He continued: “It’s a very rough lava-style deal right now. It hasn’t hardened into anything, but I’m excited. I think some crazy things were talked about, that’s for sure.”

This series has gone through some big wild swings and the results of these stories have been completely crazy. Each season tries to outdo the previous one, so I have no doubt that season five will feature a lot of crazy things that we’ve never seen or experienced before.

It was a really fun show to watch, including the creative team behind it Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen AND Evan Goldbergthey did a fantastic job telling the story of these characters with superpowers.

Amazon MGM Studios television head Vernon Sanders said in an earlier statement: “The boys is a brash and bold series that continues to captivate our customers around the world by piercing the cultural fabric season after season.

“We are proud of this series that has become a global franchise, and we are thrilled that Eric Kripke and the creative team have more compelling stories to tell all the loyal fans.”

Kripke added: “The boys it could be the best job I’ll ever have. What other show allows me to write about politics, capitalism, family, and genitals exploding, though not in that order.

“The cast and crew are deeply grateful to Sony Pictures Television and Amazon MGM Studios for the opportunity to tell this story for another season. My only problem is that, since this year promises to be free of any conflict or misinformation, we’re not sure what to write.”

In the fourth season of “The Boys,” arriving this summer, “The world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscular thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating her power.

“Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as leader of the Boys. The rest of the team is fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they must find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.”

Jack Quaidwho plays Hughie Campbell, recently talked about season four, saying, “There are some things about this season, when I read them, that just blow me away.

“I really didn’t see a lot of success coming, and that’s very hard to do for someone who’s been on the show for four seasons. The writers really outdid themselves. The ending is fantastic. The ending is damn crazy. It’s crazy.”

The first three episodes of The boys Season 4 will arrive on Prime Video on June 13th.
