If the theory is true and the character killed the X-Men before being pruned, it would make sense that Nova is a threat to the heroes and perhaps even the larger Multiverse.

Corrin spoke about the role, along with their co-stars Ryan Reynolds AND Hugh Jackman in a recent profile in Harper’s Bazaar, where the actor confirmed it By Christoph Waltz character Hans Landa in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds it was a fundamental source of inspiration.

“Why he wears that uniform, that says all you need to know. He can sit at the table and just chat like we’re doing now, be animated, very pleasant. It’s so unnerving because he’s as evil as they come, the worst person on the planet. Jackman said of his co-star: “Emma has the ability to change so subtly – to turn on a dime. There was a naturalness, a sense of danger.” Reynolds went into more detail, saying:

“It felt like working with a leather-covered Swiss Army knife. Emma brought the energy of Gene Wilder to Deadpool and Wolverine. Malice, danger, unpredictability: from the first scene on, we understand the villain enough to know why she’s motivated to stand against the our heroes. And that’s because Emma is like that [frick]excellent at humanizing even the most chaotic lines. The only thing we love more than hating a villain is loving them. And we’ve loved Emma’s Cassandra Nova from the start.”

He concludes by calling Corrin “one of the best partners I’ve ever had in the Deadpool sandbox,” joking, “You heard me, Jackman…”
