Marvel Studios has released another promotional spot for Deadpool and Wolverine and features some new footage from the film as Deadpool sets the table for what fans can expect.
He makes a funny joke about how they’ll “mostly make enemies with Disney” and “make a lot of jokes at Hugh’s expense.”
Marvel Studios presents their most significant mistake to date: “Deadpool and Wolverine. A listless Wade Wilson struggles in civilian life.
“His days as a morally flexible mercenary, Deadpool, are behind him. When his home planet faces an existential threat, Wade must, reluctantly, suit up again as an even more reluctant… reluctant? More reluctant?
“He has to convince a reluctant Wolverine to – Fu-k. The synopses are so damn stupid.
The existential threat in the film is Cassandra Nova (Emma Corrin), the evil twin sister of the X-Men’s Professor Charles Xavier who poses a threat to the multiverse.
This whole story will lead Deadpool to change the history of the MCU as he and Wolverine leap across the multiverse in a crazy adventure.
Shawn Levy is directing the film and the film’s confirmed cast includes Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Hugh Jackman as Logan, Emma Corrin in the role of Cassandra Nova, Morena Baccarin AND Stefan Kapicic like Vanessa and Colossus, Matthew Macfadyen as a TVA agent e Leslie Uggam in the role of blind Al.
They are united by Brianna Hildebrand AND Shioli Kutsuna, who will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Warhead and Negasonic Warhead’s girlfriend, Yukio. This had already been confirmed Jennifer Garner she will return as Elektra in the film.
Deadpool and Wolverine hits theaters July 26th!
