Trailer for Josh Brolin’s sci-fi western OUTER RANGE season 2 – “Time Tells All”

Prime Video has released the trailer for the second season of Josh BrolinThe neo-western science fiction series External range. I enjoyed the first season of this show and can’t wait to see how this wild story continues.

Building on the first season’s carefully laid foundation that set the central mystery in motion, “the invigorating second season comes packed with payoffs, heightened time-travel twists, and liberated character journeys” are all teased in this new trailer.

Outer Range centers on Royal Abbott (Brolin), “a rancher fighting for his land and his family, who discovers an unfathomable phenomenon on the edge of the Wyoming wilderness in the form of a dark void.

“The mystery surrounding the enigmatic void on the western pasture of the Abbott family ranch deepens in season two, when Royal and his wife Cecelia (Lily Taylor) struggle to keep their family together after the sudden passing of their granddaughter.

“The stakes have never been higher for the Abbotts, who now face threats on multiple fronts. The second season of Outer Range pushes its characters deeper into the void, with profound and unforeseen circumstances that could shake the very foundations of time itself.”

External range The second season comes from the showrunner and executive producer Charles Murray (True story, Sons of Anarchy), with all seven episodes scheduled to premiere on Thursday, May 16.

Brolin makes his directorial debut with the first episode of the second season and is also joined in the series Imogen Poots (Baltimore), Tamara Podemski (Dog reservation), Lewis Pullman (Chemistry lessons), Tom Pelfrey (Ozarks), Noah Reid (Schitt’s Creek), Shaun Sipos (Reacher), Isabel Arraiza (The little things), Olive Abercrombie (The Haunting of Hill House), AND Will Patton (Horizon: An American Saga).

External range Season two will premiere on Prime Video on May 16.
