New clip and poster for the crazy and fun looking vampire movie ABIGAIL

Universal Pictures has released a new clip and poster for its vampire horror film Dancing Girl Abigail. The poster comes with the slogan: “Children can be monsters.”

A creepy new trailer for the film was released last week and audiences seem to be loving what they see from the film! Sounds like it’s a damn good time!

Movie stars Matilda the Musical burst Alisha Weir as a seemingly innocent dancer who is kidnapped by a gang. Unfortunately for them, the boy turns out to be a bloodthirsty vampire.

The clip features the scene where the kidnappers learn that the little girl is, in fact, a vampire, as she attacks them.

The film comes from Radio silence management team of Matt Bettinelli-Olpin AND Tyler Gillett (Ready or Not, He shouted), and the film is described as “a brash, bloodthirsty new take on the vampire movie.”

The story centers on a 12-year-old ballerina who is also a vampire and is thirsty for blood. The featurette features one of the film’s stars, Kathryn Newtonas he visits the set and shows three of the rooms they filmed in.

In the film, “After a group of would-be criminals kidnap the 12-year-old dancer, daughter of a powerful underworld figure, all they have to do to raise a $50 million ransom is watch the girl overnight. In an isolated villa, the kidnappers begin to diminish, one by one, and they discover, to their growing horror, that they are locked inside without a normal child.

The film also comes with a great cast that includes Melissa Barrara (He shouted franchising, In the heights), Dan Stevens (Gaslit, Legion), William Catlett (Black lightning, true story), Kevin Durand (Resident Evil: Retribution, X-Men Origins: Wolverine) AND Angus Cloud (Euphoria, North Hollywood). Alisha Weir (Matilda the Musical by Roald Dahl, Darklands) takes on the role of Abigail.

The film will be released in theaters on April 19, 2024.
