Paramount+ has released the first trailer for the incredibly entertaining series, Evil! This is the fourth and final season of the show and it looks like it’s going to be a lot of fun to watch!
The new season features Dr. Kristen Bouchard (Kristen Bouchard), David Acosta (Mike Colter) and Ben Shakir (Aasif Mandvi) returns to the supernatural investigative action as the antichrist is born and the end of the world approaches.
The show revolves around Dr. Kristen Bouchard, a forensic psychologist, who, despite her doubts and skepticism, solves supernatural-related crimes together with David Acosta.
Evil Follows: “Skeptical psychologist Kristen Bouchard joins David Acosta, who is training to become a Catholic priest, and a blue-collar entrepreneur as they investigate the church’s backlog of unexplained mysteries, including alleged miracles, demonic possessions, and other extraordinary events .
“Their job is to evaluate whether there is a logical explanation or whether something truly supernatural is at work, examining the origins of evil along the dividing line between science and religion.”
Next season: “Kristen, David and Ben continue to evaluate cases involving rebellious technology, possessed pigs, demonic oppression and infestation, a dancing muse conjured by supposed witches, and an evil relic.”
Throughout the film, “Leland attempts to trick Kristen into raising an anti-Christ baby conceived with his egg. David is recruited by the Vatican Secret Service for “remote viewing”, a paranormal ability to see the invisible to detect evil. Ben is hit by an ion beam, causing him to have visions of a defiant djinn until he discovers an unusual solution to banishing it.
In the end, “all three realize that they only have a few weeks to evaluate the cases because the parish has decided to disband the team due to lack of funds. This culminates in a final confrontation with Leland and the 60 families that make up Evil in the modern world.
I love it and am excited to see how the story ends!
