X-MEN Director Simon Kinberg Reacts to Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine Returning for DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE

Writer, producer and director Simone Kinberg had a long run with the X-Men franchise from 20th Century Fox before Disney acquired the studio. He actually worked on more than half a dozen Marvel projects for that franchise.

Now all these characters are owned by Marvel Studios again and they will have a lot of fun with them in the near future Deadpool and Wolverine movie. We know that this film will explore some of these characters and will do so in a way that Fox never could.

During a recent interview with CB, Kinberg shared his thoughts on the topic Deadpool and Wolverine and he reacted Hugh Jackman returning to the role of Wolverine again for the film. He started by joking:

“It’s a good question because it’s outside of actually being inside the process of creating something. The truth is, with the Marvel movies, if I answer anything, I’m just afraid there’s going to be a little red dot of a sniper on my forehead and on my forehead. the children will be left without a father.”

Here’s more proof that Marvel Studios has employed snipers around the world to kill people who reveal their secrets. He then added:

“So I’ll just say I’m a huge fan of all things Hugh [Jackman]It’s over with Wolverine. I think I’ve made five movies where she’s been in one form or another as Wolverine and I’m very excited about the movie. I know this for him and for Ryan [Reynolds] and for Shawn [Levy]exploring some aspects that maybe we haven’t explored before, I guess it’s interesting.”

Fans are incredibly excited to see Deadpool and Wolverine go on an adventure together and I have no doubt that it will be a blast! This creative team will make an epically fun story!

In the film, “After facing some professional setbacks while going through a midlife crisis. Wade Wilson decides to officially retire Deadpool and becomes a used car salesman. But when his friends, his family, and the entire world are at stake, Deadpool decides to bring his katanas back into retirement. He recruits a reluctant and wary Wolverine to not only fight for their survival, but, ultimately, their legacy.

It is also explained: “That damn irresponsible hero Deadpool will change the history of the MCU with Wolverine!?”

It also includes the film’s confirmed cast Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool. Emma Corrin in the role of Cassandra Nova, Morena Baccarin AND Stefan Kapicic like Vanessa and Colossus, Matthew Macfadyen in a TVA agent, and Leslie Uggam in the role of blind Al. They are united by Brianna Hildebrand AND Shioli Kutsuna will also return to the franchise as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend, Yukio. This had already been confirmed Jennifer Garner she will return as Elektra in the film.

Deadpool and Wolverine hits theaters July 26th!
