The Scurry centers on an attack by killer rodents and in the story: “Two exterminators are called to an eco-café in a country park to investigate what begins as a routine pest problem – but as night approaches an avalanche of deranged squirrels descends, wreaking vengeance and chaos among park staff and visitors. With many casualties, the survivors take refuge in the bar while a freak storm knocks out electricity and communications leaving them isolated and under attack. An eclectic mix of survivors includes exterminators, a sulking teenager, sanctimonious vegans and a drug dealer: there’s only an outside chance of survival…”
It looks like it’s going to be a fun and wild movie! The script comes from Tim Telling (The Mash report) and principal photography will begin on April 2.
