FX has announced a new surprise horror series from the co-creator of American Horror Stories Ryan Murphy. It is entitled Grotesqueand there’s a promotional teaser for the show that you can check out below.
No plot details have been revealed, but the cast includes it Grandson Nash-Betts, Courtney B. VanceAND Lesley Manville. The teaser features Nash-Betts’ voice as she delivers a haunting monologue. She says:
“I don’t know what started it. I can’t understand it. But now it’s different. There has been a change. It’s like something is opening up in the world. A kind of hole in the center of nowhere.
“What I saw today is that they sent shrinks for everyone who worked at the crime scene. You say, “Well, honey, evil has always existed.” And quote some statistics about how the world is getting better, less killing, more aid, less global horror, there has never been a better time to be alive.
“I’m coming back. Things aren’t getting better and I still need to hear your answers, because something is happening around us and no one sees but me.
Whatever ends up happening, it looks like it will tell an interesting and disturbing story.
