Adult Swim announced it Rick and Morty Season 8 won’t premiere until 2025. In recent years, the fan-favorite animated series has improved the speed at which new episodes of the series are released. We went from waiting several years between seasons to releasing a new season every year Rick and Morty Season 5.
In case you’re wondering why the season was delayed, you can blame it on last year’s writers’ strike. This will create a two-year gap between season 7 and season 8. At least the show is still in development and we will eventually get to enjoy some wild new Rick and Morty adventures.
The last season of the series was incredibly fun! I know a lot of people had issues with the new Rick and Morty entries, but the stories were still entertaining and I enjoyed watching them! So, I’m excited for what the next season will bring to the fans!
