Michael B. Jordan and director Ryan Coogler are collaborating again for an original genre film project. The two have worked together over the years on Fruitvale Station, Creed and Black Panther. Unfortunately, there are no details to share regarding this new project, so it will be interesting to see what it will be about.
Hollywood Insider, Jeff Sneider he said, however, that the film is a period film, and added that it is also a vampire film.
According to the report, the film’s package was presented to executives and buyers last week, with further meetings scheduled to seek a production commitment from those interested.
The film project marks Coogler’s first feature script through his production company, Proximity Media, and will be Coogler’s first directing assignment since Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. I wish I had more information to give you, but that’s all for now.
Jordan has a few projects in development right now, including Creed IVan adaptation of the Fourth wing fantasy book series, an action thriller titled Iron Curtainand a shocking film titled The Residence.
