A new trailer has been released by Paramount+ for their upcoming crime thriller drama series Sexy beastwhich serves as a prequel story to the 2000 film of the same name starring Ben Kingsley AND Ray Winstone. The series will tell the origin story of the characters Gal Dove, Don Logan and Teddy Bass.
The series is the protagonist James McArdle, Emun Elliott, Tamsin Greig, Stefano MoyerAND Sarah Greenewith Eliza Bennett, Clea Martino, Nicola NunnAND Peter Ferdinand. It was created by Michele Caleo (The last time, The family), which he directed from a screenplay he collaborated on Jennifer Cacicio, Ed McCardie, AND Tony Hamilton Shannon.
The synopsis reads:
“Sexy Beast traces the origins of best friends Gal Dove (James McArdle) and Don Logan (Emun Elliott), two thieves navigating the criminal underworld of 1990s London. The duo will meet DeeDee Harrison (Sarah Greene), an adult star who begins a romance with Gal, and Teddy Bass (Stephen Moyer), a crime boss who recruits Gal and Don to work for his empire.
