‘Deep water’

Starring Ben Affleck and Ana de Armas (who met and started dating while filming this movie, before he and Jen got back together), Deep Water is a psychological thriller with all the twists and turns you could want. The two have an unconventional marriage that involves some permitted betrayals that result in jealousy and the death of the lovers.

“Daughters of the Sect”

This five-part documentary examines a Mormon sect led by Ervil LeBaron, featuring stories of those who were part of what was called the “Mormon Mansion.” Following LeBaron’s lead, the group engaged in violence, abuse, and even murder, all while on the run from the FBI. The documentary focuses on a group of female survivors who now live a life outside of the cult.

“What brave girls”

Let’s lighten the mood a little. Such Brave Girls is a Hulu original sitcom about a dysfunctional family: two sisters and their single mother.
