Pete Davidson has canceled solo comedy shows tonight and tomorrow at New York’s Beacon Theater and has also canceled dates scheduled in Pittsburgh for the new year.
An email sent to ticket holders hours before the show started contained the notice.
“Please note that the Pete Davidson shows scheduled for Friday, December 22nd and Saturday, December 23rd at the Beacon Theater have been cancelled,” the email said.
Anyone who purchased tickets will automatically receive a refund.
Davidson has publicly struggled with his mental health and substance abuse. He has visited rehabilitation clinics in the past to undergo “improvement”, including earlier this year. But he recovered to host the season opener Saturday Night Live In October.
