UPDATED with statement from Diesel’s lawyer: A former assistant to Vin Diesel has accused the actor of sexually assaulting her while filming in Atlanta Fast five in 2010 and fired her shortly thereafter in retaliation.
The lawsuit, filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, alleges Diesel assaulted Asta Jonasson at the St. Regis Hotel after reportedly spending a night of partying with hostesses he met at a nearby club.
“Vin Diesel forcibly grabbed Ms. Jonasson, fondled her breasts and kissed her,” says the 10-count sexual assault, discrimination and retaliation lawsuit (read the lawsuit here). “Mrs Jonasson constantly struggled to free herself from his grip as he repeatedly said no. Vin Diesel is physically bigger and much stronger than me. Jonasson, abused his position of authority as her employer and could easily have m. Jonasson overpowered.
It continues: “Vin Diesel ignored Ms. Jonasson’s clear statement that she did not consent to his sexual assaults.”
The filing from Greenberg Gross’ attorneys adds details: “Vin Diesel then escalated his attack, groped her body, dropped to his knees and pushed up Ms. Jonasson’s dress, groped her legs and attempted to remove Ms. Jonasson’s underwear ,” out of fear for her personal safety, Ms. Jonasson shouted and ran into the nearby toilet.
Jonasson’s lawsuit, filed under California’s Sexual Abuse and Liability Cover-Up Act, which has tolled the statute of limitations, continues with a graphic account of how Diesel allegedly “pushed her against the wall with his body,” Ms. Grabbed Jonasson’s hand and placed her. on it his penis sits erect. ” The Guardians of the universe The actor then masturbated while pinning Jonasson against the hotel wall,” she claims.

Although the jury’s complaint does not name a specific figure, Jonasson seeks various damages against Diesel, Vincent and One Race. “I want to make it very clear: Vin Diesel categorically denies this accusation in its entirety.
