Bruce Campbell talks about the other EVIL DEAD sequels: “You bet you’ll have less of them, we’ll make a few more”

THE evil Dead the franchise has been so fun to watch over the years! This is a really great horror series and the last movie that was made, Dead evil rises, it was a great success! Before Lee Croninthe film directed by was released Bruce Campbell he said the plan was to release a new one evil Dead films every two or three years. Sam Raimi he even developed a bible for the franchise that future directors can use to star in the film evil Dead sandpit.

With the plan and tools in place, the gap between evil Dead films will become much smaller. Campbell, original star and producer of the franchise, confirms once again that there will be more evil Dead movies and will be released more regularly.

There were 20 years in between Army of Darkness and that of Fede Alvarez evil Deadand then there was a 10 year gap until Dead evil rises came out earlier this year. Meanwhile, we got the Ash vs. Evil Dead series. During a recent interview with Collider, Campbell reiterated what he had previously said, stating:

“We’ll probably do them more every two or three years, rather than every 10 years. But, hey, we saw with Star Wars: you don’t want to wear people down. Let them guess! We never wore out our welcome with Evil Dead because we never smothered them.

The actor went on to praise Cronin for his work Dead evil riseswhich was the most successful film in the series, saying:

“We were very happy with what Lee Cronin did. He did such a great job, so much so that it will be difficult to hire him again because everyone wants to use him now. So we’ll see if we find him again or not! It has made more money than any other Evil Dead film so far with $140 million. So, yes, you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll make a few more.

Corrin has said in the past that he would return to the franchise and has also already floated a fantastic idea for a sequel, which he described as “John Wick Evil Dead.” he explained, saying:

“For me, really what’s been driven is the idea that the force can’t really be destroyed. So even if there’s someone adjacent to all the craziness that’s happened, that force can prevail and can keep going forward. So, this is a path. There’s also a second plot, a hundred years in the past, that’s shared in this one. And this is also a plot that I’ve been boiling for what’s going on behind that vinyl. You could go back in time. Then I have a priest against a hundred dead people. ‘John Wick Evil Dead.'”

I really hope we see Corin make it happen evil Dead movie! I’m just excited for the future of the franchise and what future films will bring to fans.
