Netflix acquires teen comedy INCOMING starring Mason Thames, Bobby Cannavale and Kaitlin Olson

Netflix has acquired the rights to a teen comedy titled Arrivingwritten and directed by The Mick creators Dave Chernin AND Giovanni Cernin, on their debut. The film is the protagonist Mason Thames (The black phone), Bardia Seiri (Grey’s Anatomy), Ramon Reed (Just roll with it) AND Raphael Alexander (Acapulco) as four high school freshmen who face the terrors of adolescence at their first party. Among those who complete the cast are Bobby Cannavale (Old dads), Kaitlin Olson (It’s always sunny in Philadelphia), Scott MacArthur (Without rancor), Isabella Ferreira (With love, Vittorio), Thomas Barbusca (The Mick), Ali Gallo (The sexual life of university students), AND Loren Gray (100% wolf.).

The Chernin brothers are best known for creation The Mick, the Fox sitcom starring Olson as foul-mouthed babysitter Mackenzie Molng, ran for two seasons. They previously rose through the ranks as part of the writing and production staff of It’s always sunny in Philadelphiathe FX sitcom which is the longest running in history, having now broadcast 16 seasons, with a commitment for at least two more.
