Cody Brown makes some bold statements during the Sister wives: one by one special, which aired November 26. With only one of her marriages still intact, Kody opens up about her feelings. “I fell in love with it Robin [Brown]“Kody told the host. Sukanya “Suki” Krishnan. “I have never fallen in love with anyone else. “I was simply choosing to make that love pact with them.”
Janelle Brown She is asked if she was in love with Kody when they got married. “I fell in love with the idea of her,” she admits. “We started getting to know each other better after we got married. I think I loved him as much as I could and I think we fell in love a lot more as the years went by. “We get married young and I don’t think it’s primarily a problem, because I’ve seen a lot of couples who have gone through this, but at some point we just can’t get over it.”
Although Janelle believes she had a “very functional marriage” with Kody, she doesn’t believe they had that “great passion.” She adds: “Maybe Robyn is your biggest crush. I do not know. But what we had was good.”
Suki also sits down with Robyn and talks about how Kody said he never had a romantic connection with Janelle. Cristina MarroneAND Meri Brown what he has with her. “Look, I didn’t know,” Robyn says. “I didn’t know until recently… I still wonder, because I wonder if this isn’t just a rewriting of history. There seem to be a lot of them.”
Robyn admits that she constantly “suppressed and hid my relationship and any kind of connection I had with Kody.” Although Kody is very happy with Robyn, things have not been easy for Meri, Christine and Janelle.
“I know he’s happy with her and I know they have this soul connection,” Meri says of Kody and Robyn’s relationship. “He talks about it often and I’m happy that he has this with her. I think everyone should have it. “I think it’s really unfortunate that the rest of the family has to go through this process to achieve this.”
At the beginning of the season, Janelle and Kody argued a lot before Christmas. Janelle and Kody broke up as she decided on the next chapter in her life. Kody says he spent two years watching Christine and Janelle talk bad about him because she’s “guilty” of “not loving them.”
He continues: “I was guilty of not being in love with them. It was my fault from the start. It’s like I got married and didn’t know it. “I got married based on a very different premise than that of romantic love.”
Despite his comments, Kody admits that he is “at a point where I would like to have a romantic love with Janelle. We have some things to deal with. new episodes of sister wives airs Sundays on TLC.
