Shudder has unveiled a new trailer for another Christmas-themed horror film titled The game of sacrifice. It’s a satanic panic Christmas movie about a satanic cult that shows up at a boarding school during the holidays to terrorize and kill.
The synopsis reads: “The Blackvale School for Girls, 1971. It’s bad enough that students Samantha (Madison Baines) and Chiara (Georgia Acken) can’t go home for the holidays, but things take a deadly turn when a murderous gang of cults arrives on their doorstep, just in time for Christmas.
Movie stars Mena Massud (Aladdin), Olivia Scott Welch (Street of fear Trilogy), Gus Kenworthy (80 for Brady), Madison Baines (1UP), Derek Johns (The moon goes down), Laurent Pitre (The fading), Chloe LevineAND Georgia Acken protagonist of The Game of Sacrifice. The film was directed by Jenn Wexler (The Ranger) from a screenplay he collaborated on Sean Redlitz.
The game of sacrifice will be released December 8, 2023 on Shudder.
