James Gunn is finally speaking out about developments at DC Studios after SAG-AFTRA struck a deal with the studios following a long strike.
Despite the WGA and SAG-AFTRA shutting down Hollywood for months, Gunn says his first DC film Superman: Legacy is still on track to debut on July 11, 2025.
“Thanks to the efforts of our talented team, who never lost faith and never took their foot off the pedal during the longest strike in Hollywood history, we continue to press forward and create the most amazing characters and sets that I’ve ever seen.” my entire career, #SupermanLegacy will have its original scheduled release date of July 11, 2025,” Gunn shared in Threads.
