Officer ghost Buster The Twitter account posted a cryptic video teasing the upcoming one Ghostbusters: Afterlife sequel, which will have the provisional title Fire station.
The post promises, “Something strange is coming soon,” and the video features a full moon and a howling werewolf. They could have used any kind of supernatural symbolism in this little tease, but they opted for a werewolf. Will the Ghostbusters have to deal with a werewolf in the next movie? Or maybe it was even just done for a bit of play.

This is said to be “the next chapter in the Spengler family story.” It will officially return to New York City and take place at the Firehouse venue that was featured in the first two episodes. ghost Buster movie.
Ghostbusters: Afterlife co-writer and executive producer Gil Kenan is directing the sequel, with the director and co-writer of Afterlife Jason Reitmann serving as writer and executive producer. The film is also the protagonist Patton Oswalt, Kumail Nanjianicomic James AcasterAND Emily Alyn Lind they joined the cast! They join returning cast members Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn WolfhardAND McKenna Grace.
It was previously revealed that Hudson will have a major role to play in the sequel. Reitman shared, “The character of Winston Zeddemore and Zeddemore Industries figures heavily into the future of Ghostbusters.”
Hudson previously spoke about the script: “I read one version. I’m pretty sure they’re committed to doing another one. I’m very happy, but I also know it’s early days. Jason was incredible, and I really love him. and I appreciate it. I’m so grateful to be able to work with him. So, I’m excited, but… I haven’t and I never take anything for granted. I’m happy, though, to have Ghostbusters in my filmography. And I’m really happy when I see little children, two and three years old, singing the song and being happy about it.”
THE Ghostbusters: Afterlife the sequel currently has a release date of March 29, 2024.
