Kris Jenner admits Robert Kardashian’s cheating is her ‘biggest regret’

Kris Jenner AND Khloe Kardashian have an honest conversation about their relationships, including cheating on Kris, 67 Robert Kardashian Sr.. Kris sits down with Khloé, 39, to try to reconcile with her daughter Tristan Thompson. Khloé, never one to mince words, asks her mother what led her to cheat on Khloé’s father.

“I think being very young and stupid is something that contributes to that because you don’t really understand the consequences of your actions,” Kris said on the Oct. 26 episode of The Kardashians. Kris has openly stated in the past that he is in a relationship with her Todd Watermannwhich led to her and Robert’s divorce.

Khloé doesn’t stop there. She asks Kris what Robert was doing (if anything) that led her to look at another man. “I don’t know, because he was a great husband and a great father, and I guess I was in a situation where I thought the grass was greener elsewhere. And I made a big mistake. “This is the biggest regret of my life,” Kris admits.

Kris and Robert divorced in 1991. However, they remained close until his death in 2003. Kris even says they “became best friends” after the divorce. And she adds: “We talked on the phone all day, we helped each other all the time and I regretted it. I thought, wow, what was I thinking? “So I just want Khloé to be very careful when she makes these decisions and she has to let someone go.”

The mother tells Khloé that she’s “not proud” of the way she “behaved” back then, but that she can’t change the past. “Everything happens for a reason,” says Kris. “I really live my life thinking that God has a plan and without all of this happening I would never have existed. Kendall AND Kylie. I just want you to be happy.”

Khloé openly acknowledges that Tristan, 32, is a great father to her two children: REAL5 e tatum, 1. However, Tristan has broken her heart multiple times in the past due to his cheating and a paternity scandal.
