New trailer for the film Priscilla Presley by Sofia Coppola PRISCILLA

A24 has released a full director’s trailer Sofia Coppolathe next movie Priscilla. This film is based on the memoir Elvis and I, which was written by Priscilla Presleyand tells the story of his life with Elvis Presley. This film will offer a whole new perspective on what Priscilla’s life with Elis was like, and as you can imagine, it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Sounds like a good movie, though!

Decades after his death, millions of fans continue to adore the legend of Elvis. But very few knew him as Elvis the man. Here, in her own words, Priscilla Presley tells the story of their love, revealing the details of their first meeting, their marriage, their relationships, their divorce and the unbreakable bond that remained long after his tragic death .

When teenager Priscilla Beaulieu meets Elvis Presley at a party, the man who is already a meteoric rock and roll superstar becomes someone entirely unexpected in private moments: an electrifying crush, an ally in loneliness, a kind best friend. Through the eyes of Priscilla, Coppola tells the invisible side of a great American myth in the long courtship and turbulent marriage between Elvis and Priscilla, from a German military base to his dream estate of Graceland, in this deeply felt and extraordinarily detailed portrait of love, fantasy and fame.

Priscilla stars Cailee Spaeny (On the basis of sex, Vice) as the title character, with Elvis played by Giacobbe Elordi (Euphoria, The Kissing Booth). It’s also in the cast Raine Monroe Boland as Lisa Marie Presley, Emily Mitchell as Lisa Marie Presley, Jorja Cadenza in the role of Patsy Presley, Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll as Alan “Hog Ears” Fortas, Luke Humphrey like Terry West, and Dagmara Domińczyk.

Priscilla will be released in theaters on November 3, 2023.
