HBO Max has released a new trailer for its dark crime series True Detective: Night Country, which is the fourth season of the detective series. The next story is set in the Arctic and has a chilling and heavy atmosphere.
Jodie Foster stars next to it Kali Reis, and they find themselves facing a horrific case and their journey takes them into sinister and dangerous territory. I liked this True Detective series and the next installment looks good.
True Detective: Night Country comes from the writer, director and showrunner Issa Lópezand in the story, detectives Liz Danvers (Foster) and Evangeline Navarro who are trying to solve the case of six men running the Tsalal Arctic research station who vanish without a trace, when the long winter night falls in Ennis, Alaska .
The pair of detectives “will have to face the darkness they carry within themselves and delve into the haunted truths that lie buried beneath the eternal ice.”
It’s also in the cast Fiona Shaw, Finn Bennett, Isabella Star Lablanc, Aka Niviâna, Anna Lambe, Joel D. Montgrand, Christopher Eccleston AND John Hawkes.
True Detective: Night Country debuts January 14, 2024 on Max.
