Stephen King and Guillermo del Toro share high praise for new sci-fi horror film NO ONE WILL SAVE YOU

If you haven’t watched the recently released sci-fi horror thriller Nobody will save you yet you have to watch it! Put this at the top of your streaming list because this movie is amazing! It’s a really well made film and it’s a shame I didn’t get the chance to watch it on the big screen. This movie was meant to be seen on the big screen, but you’ll have to settle for Hulu.

Stephen King AND Guillermo del Toro both shared their reactions to the film on social media and loved it too. King called the film “brilliant, bold, engaging, scary.” He also added that it is “very unique”. Del Toro called the film “fun, fun, FUN. It’s also smart and has great moments. You can read their full thoughts below:

I agree 100%! You have to watch this movie, I promise it will give you a movie you will love!

The film is the protagonist Kaitlyn Dever as Brynn Adams, “a creative and talented young woman who has been marginalized by her community. Alone but always hopeful, Brynn finds comfort within the walls of the house where she grew up, until one night she is awakened by strange noises coming from decidedly otherworldly intruders.

What follows is an “action-packed face-off between Brynn and a host of extraterrestrial beings who threaten her future while forcing her to face her past.”

Nobody will save you was written and directed by Brian Duffieldthe writer of the films Underwater AND Love and monstersas well as writer/director of Spontaneous.

Duffield shared in a statement: “One of the things I’m really excited about is this [the trailer] hides two of the film’s big twists or plot twists that the audience will realize very quickly while watching the film. The other fun thing the trailer does is that it offers lots of glimpses of aliens. In our film, to be quite blunt, when they come in, after eight minutes, there’s very little hide and seek. It’s not 90 minutes of hide and seek. The film, especially for a film of this size, is full of aliens. It’s non-stop.

The sci-fi horror film will begin streaming on September 22.
