The fourth episode of Star Wars: Ahsoka got fans excited about so many different things! It was just a great episode that ended in a very beautiful and emotional way. But there was one thing you might have missed in the episode that I thought I’d point out.
It’s a very small and brief cameo by Rebels character Kanan Jarrus. The character can be spotted on Hera Syndulla’s ship, The Ghost, in the cockpit. You can see a photo of Kanan, Hera’s lost love, and the father of her son Jacen Syndulla.
It’s not easy to see, but it’s there. You can see a screenshot of it below. Kanan is also mentioned in Jacen’s clothing, but no one has mentioned his name out loud yet. Kanan made the ultimate sacrifice Rebels Season 4 as he holds back a massive explosion giving his friends time to escape. Eventually he was engulfed in flames and killed.
I just found out that Hera has a picture of Kanan on her dashboard in the ghost, no one touches me #ahsoka pic.twitter.com/jdCcvfEnYg

When previously asked if Kanan would make his live-action debut in Ahsoka, Freddie Prinze Jr. explained: “Kanana’s story – at least for me – is over, I thought it ended beautifully. People were crying, I was very happy. I’m not saying this in an asshole way: our goal was to make you cry, I didn’t even want to do the voiceover in the latest Star Wars film [The Rise of Skywalker]. I thought it was forced.”
It doesn’t really make sense to bring Kanan into the live-action world, but it was nice to see this little tribute to him in Ahsoka.
